Meet Your Host: Theresa Jackson
Theresa Jackson learned to sew at an early age, taught by her mother, a home economics teacher. For years she focused on sewing clothing, but quilting became part of her life when her mother, who started quilting at age 70, began making wedding quilts for her grandchildren.
After her mother passed away, Theresa picked up quilting to finish that special tradition. Since joining the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild in 2018, quilting has become a passion. Now, through The Eclectic Roost, she loves welcoming others to discover the joy of quilting in a warm, supportive setting.
