About the event

Sunday Group Run
Please see Cory Allgeier's post from 2 days (I could not figure our how to share it in an event) ago about a group run at Beckly Creek Park. They will be meeting by the playground bathrooms around the Egglawn for a 10-mile run. All paces are welcome. This is not a no-drop run, and please ensure you bring any nutrition and hydration that you may need. This is a great prep for UBHM.
