🌞 **Outdoor Yoga @ Greasley Castle Farm** 🌿  

Another beautiful season of **yoga in nature** is here and I’m so grateful to return to the peaceful soul-nourishing fields of **Greasley Castle Farm**.  

There’s something magical about practicing yoga under the open sky—moving breathing and reconnecting with the earth. 💫  

🧘‍♀️ **What to Expect:**  

✨ 90 mins of yoga breathwork & meditation  

✨ Gentle flowing movement for joy and grounding  

✨ Deep relaxation surrounded by birdsong and fresh air  

✨ Suitable for all levels (beginners always welcome!)  

🍵 After our practice enjoy complimentary tea coffee & little treats—and time to connect with our lovely community 💛  

📅 Running May–October  

💷 £12.50 per session (some proceeds support Greasley Castle Farm)
