Come join us at Cancer Council SA for an informative and supportive event focused on the new National Lung Cancer Screening Program.
Whether you're eligible for the screening, or simply interested in learning more, this evening is designed to provide valuable insights and a sense of community.
Experts will share their knowledge, and attendees will have the opportunity to connect with others.
Light dinner will be provided.

Speakers
Associate Professor Arash Badiei is an interventional pulmonologist and staff specialist in the department of thoracic medicine at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and will discuss lung cancer screening – importance of early detection, how the screening works, and understanding lung nodules.
Nathan Harrison is a PhD student at Flinders University, with a research focus on lung cancer screening. He will share insights from his recent work exploring how both health professionals and community members view participation in screening programs - and what other people think make it easier for them to get involved.
Olivia Lukowska and Andrew Schultz, Cancer Council SA will discuss latest opportunities in smoking cessation and available supports.
