Jess is a certified somatic healing practitioner, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and sound healer with over 20 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. With a deep passion for the mind-body connection, Jess specializes in nervous system regulation, guiding students through somatic movement, breathwork, and sound healing to foster resilience and inner peace.
