The Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) invites the community to raise a glass as Rosé On The River returns to Scott Park at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Now in its seventh year, the signature summer fundraiser offers guests an elegant evening of curated international rosé wines, fresh-shucked oysters, and passed hors d’oeuvres — all set against the stunning backdrop of the Delaware and Lehigh rivers.
Presented by BSI Corporate Benefits, Rosé On The River is more than a night of sipping and socializing; it’s an opportunity to support Easton’s downtown revitalization efforts. Attendees are encouraged to don their finest summer cocktail attire and enjoy live jazz throughout the evening, courtesy of Mike Lorenz and friends.
As for the food, this year’s guests will be in for a treat as two Jean-Georges’ alums will be teaming up to provide a selection of passed plates and two styles of oysters. Lisandro Pucciariello, the Chef Consultant for Easton’s own Bar Torino, and Brendan Ullmann, co-owner and chef at The Circle in Fredon, which has quickly become one of New Jersey’s best restaurants, aren’t just former coworkers but are also long time friends.
Their collaboration for this year’s Rosé On The River is a fitting pairing for the event, as the goal isn’t just to help fund GEDP’s mission of community development within Easton, but to connect event guests in a meaningful way that hopefully cultivates lasting relationships that strengthen broader community bonds within Easton.
This year’s event will also feature a special preview of PETALS IN THE PARK, a large-scale community art installation by Ugo Squirrel, the creative collaboration of Ken Jones Jr. and Ron Morris, former owners of Mercantile Home. Over six weeks, Easton residents and visitors have joined Ugo Squirrel at “Flower Fabrication Stations” around the city to craft a whimsical paper garden filled with colossal flowers, pinwheels, butterflies, and fabric canopies.
The imaginative display will make its debut during Rosé On The River on June 7th, before officially opening to the public on Sunday, June 8th. The installation will remain on view through June 22nd, transforming Scott Park into an enchanted garden by the riverside.
Tickets for Rosé On The River are $125 and must be purchased in advance at www.RoseOnTheRiver.com. The event will take place rain or shine.
Proceeds will benefit GEDP’s mission to foster economic vitality and cultural vibrancy in Easton through programs such as the Easton Farmers’ Market, Easton Public Market, Easton Main Street Initiative, Easton Ambassadors, Easton Murals, West Ward Community Initiative, Easton Garden Works and more.
Additional sponsorship support is provided by Hogan Law, Gross McGinley, Le Compte Realty, and Boyle Construction.
