A weekly series designed for adults, Mindful Mondays will offer a fresh model of mindful meditation practice, personal growth, and community connection. Once a week from 8:15 - 8:45 AM, join us for a morning practice and chat about the challenges and gifts of being human. Each week, our instructor will offer an original guided meditation for part one, and a group discussion or activity for part two.
There is a suggested donation of $10.00/session, collected either on-site or by reserving your spot on our website (ShanthiProject.org/events). No pre-registration is required.
Please bring along a cushion or pillow to sit on.
About the instructor: Kelly Prentice holds a BA in Communications, 300+ hours of yoga teacher training, and a mindfulness teaching certificate from Mindful Schools. She is a mother of two young boys, a writer/content strategist at the Omega Institute, and a yoga and mindfulness instructor. She has a passion for dance, movement, nature, and bringing the tools of mindfulness into workplaces, where she helps employees thrive. Kelly maintains her own daily mindfulness and yoga practice and studies ancient texts. She's part of the inaugural 2021 class of the Inner MBA, a certificate program launched by Sounds True, NYU, LinkedIn, and Wisdom 2.0.
