Meditation Circle: Release, Relax, Restore

Oracles of the Light present a monthly meditation circle where you can come as you are and leave feeling grounded & restored---Both in Person & ONLINE Stream available via Zoom.

We create a sacred container to provide a group restorative experience for anyone in need of a reset & recharge.

What You'll Experience:
* Breathwork & Grounding Techniques
* Mindfulness Prompts
* Guided Meditation
* Sound & Reiki Tuning
* Group Reflection

What to Bring in Person:
* Yoga Mat or Cushion to sit on
* Journal to remember your experiences

ONLINE PARTICIPANTS:
*Upon signup-please message us and let us know you will be participating via zoom so that we may send you a link to join the stream.

*Ensure you have a quiet uninterrupted place to hear and receive the full experience. Headphones or Earbuds are suggested.
