Free Yoga Pop Up at CURA Wellness (Gentle Flow)

Immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere at CURA Wellness as you embark on a fun yoga journey!

Release the tension in your mind and body with this calming 45-minute yoga flow. With a brief introduction to Pranayama (breath work) and an emphasis on softer postures, Sarah will assuage the chaotic waves of your mind and transform them into a river of serenity. Beginners are welcome!

There will be FREE parking all along the street, and there is also a small parking lot around the back.

If you have a yoga mat and any props, please bring them! If not, CURA has a mat and blocks for you to borrow.
