Let’s take a field-trip to KACHESS Lake! Surrounded by trees, this remote lake is located east of Seattle, just past Snoqualmie Pass, outside Easton WA. We meet inside the Kachess Campground, at the boat-launch. We will then RELOCATE to wherever we decide to swim (nearby, within the campground). You are welcome to bring a picnic dinner for yourself after swimming.
IMPORTANT: The level of the lake is rather low, and it might be a bit of a rocky/dirty drive to the shore – so, you may want to consider driving an SUV.
BRING:
*** $11 CASH for entry into the campground
*** PICNIC dinner for yourself, and something to share if you would like.
*** Travel chair
*** Travel table to set our food
*** Sun hat
*** BOOTIES the shore might be rocky, if you like protection, bring booties
