Baby Yoga with Kelly from June ‘25

This is a 5 week course for babies after their 8week check. I will teach you yoga moves in a lovely relax environment to help promote connection love and bonding. It will ease baby’s transition from the womb to the world, stimulates development whilst aids relaxation and wellbeing for you both by reducing stress hormones. It increases white blood cells and encourages manual lymphatic drainage therefore improving the immune system. Helps relieve constipation, wind and colic, increases circulation, relieves joints, relieves respiratory conditions such as blocked sinuses. It also reduces stress by releasing oxytocin, helps baby’s gain weight and reduces pain by releasing endorphins and natural opiates, whilst reducing breathing rate, blood pressure and heart rate. The benefits are endless!!!
Classes are very relaxed there’ll be time to talk, relax and restore.
