Postmortem Crafts: Sunset Moth Preservation Workshop

Join Postmortem Crafts at the Dodge County Library for a hands-on Sunset Moth Preservation Workshop! Learn about the differences between moths and butterflies, how to rehydrate specimens, and how to properly pin and preserve them.

Ages 13 and up

Each participant will take home:

A relaxing chamber kit

A spreading board

One pinned moth to keep

Supplies to reuse at home for future practice

There are six free spots and four paid spots available.

Paid spots are offered at cost as a generous discount. Patrons registering for paid spots may bring cash or Cash App payment to the event. The library will not accept any payment.
