Every pound you raise will help Oakhaven to support local families at the most difficult of times. We provide specialist end-of-life care for patients and support for their loved ones. Currently, we support over 450 patients at any time, free of charge, in the Hospice and in patients’ homes across our New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities.
Demand for Oakhaven’s vital hospice services grows every year. Yet just 11% of our costs are covered by the NHS. The remaining 89% of the £9 million it costs to provide our services each year is raised through the generosity of our community’s kind donations, fundraising, gifts in wills and income from our charity shops and home care provider, Oakhaven Care Ltd.
