Sunday morning meditations with @radiantsoul__yoga at café RØST in Winchester.
These meditation mornings will be a safe nurturing space for deepening self-awareness through the practice of inner listening. Each session will follow a theme focused on tuning into the subtle messages of the body mind and heart helping you reconnect with your true essence. Every fortnight the focus will shift exploring different aspects of inner listening.
The perfect blend of guided meditation and moments of silence to attune to intuitive guidance.
Whether you're new to meditation or experienced these sessions will guide you toward greater clarity balance and insight.
There will be time after to reflect with ourselves/each other or journal with provided prompts. And even sip on a cup of ceremonial cacao…
Please note that we do not offer refunds for Meditation Morning bookings.
However, we understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend your scheduled session, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange to a different date, subject to availability.
