Something really exciting is coming your way, and I am so chuffed to share the details of my retreat-style afternoon with you first! It promises to be a perfect blend of relaxation, creativity, and self-care.
You can expect an uplifting afternoon session where I will demonstrate Facial Reflexology, a soothing technique designed to melt away stress, tension, and anxiety.
Afterwards, unleash your inner artist with an easy-going fun-art, not fine art, paint-along activity – no artistic experience needed! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned painter, you will enjoy creating your own vibrant masterpiece, and you are welcome, and encouraged, to put your own personal spin on this pre-traced sunflower and pumpkins canvas.
Tea, coffee and snacks will keep you refreshed throughout the afternoon.
We will conclude the afternoon with a calming, restorative sound bath led by the wonderful Sarah of Sarah Barelli Holistic Healing, leaving you feeling renewed and deeply relaxed.
