✨ Join me next Thursday evening as we release the weight of the week together.

✨ Restorative Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer, supported by props such as blocks, blankets, cushions, pillows, and bolsters. It encourages deep relaxation and invites the meditative union of body and mind.

✨ We take our time to get truly comfortable before easing into each posture, allowing space to slow down, settle, and soften into stillness.
