Outdoor Yoga with Adele!

Come and join us for peaceful, grounding outdoor yoga in the beautiful surroundings of Leigh Rec. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply unwind your mind for the week ahead, Adele's gentle and inclusive sessions are the perfect start to your Sunday.
✨ All abilities welcome – modifications will be offered for beginners and more experienced yogis alike.
🧘♀️ FREE to attend, with an optional donation pot in aid of The Sophie Barringer Trust – a local charity supporting young people and families in the Eastleigh area. Sophie was a Norwood Primary student, and her legacy continues to help others thrive.
👉 Bring your own mat and some water.
☀️ Weather permitting and event permitting– updates posted here in case of cancellation. We WILL need to cancel if there is an event scheduled to go on at Leigh Rd Rec that day.
