Chandlers ford circuits

As the nights grow lighter and as an option for people who are struggling with mid week timing, I’m going to start riding circuits around Valley park. It will partly housing estate roads and a cycle path. The circuit is roughly 7.5km and hope to use the time to get fitter and summer ready.

Hoping to do a warm up circuit and then onto a work out were there will be faster paced sections then re group.

I hope to make this a weekly meet.
