With a background in higher education, nonprofit management, and corporate learning and development, Jess brings over a decade of experience designing transformative learning experiences that foster self-awareness and empowered action. Her workshops blend practical tools with embodied insight, leaving participants feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to move forward with intention.
