Glow Yoga & Paint
Illuminate your inner artist and yogi! Glow Yoga & Paint offers a playful fusion of mindful movement and creative expression. We'll start with a gentle yoga flow set to upbeat music, designed to warm your body and awaken your senses. Then, we'll transition into a guided painting session using neon paints and blacklights to create your own glowing masterpiece. All art supplies are provided.
No yoga or painting experience required – just a willingness to glow!
