Yin-Yang Fusion + Meditation
With the busyness of modern life, this class serves as a reminder of the importance to find balance ~ of the need to actively move our bodies, and of the need to slow down and find stillness. Mary-Jane will guide you through a 75-minute all-levels class, harmoniously blending two styles of yoga: yin and vinyasa. Each class will offer a series of static passive poses to ease deeply held tension and safely transition to active movement, allowing you the opportunity to explore the dualities of yin and yang: stillness/movement, relaxation/effort, calmness/strength. Attention to pranayama and meditation will deepen the experience.

What to bring: yoga mat, water. Suggested optional items: yoga bolster, 2 yoga blocks. A limited supply of yoga blocks will be on hand for those who don’t have any. If you don’t have a bolster, bring 2 blankets that can be tightly rolled to mimic a bolster.
Parking: Limited parking is available in front of the hall. Cars can also park along the side of the road
