Being a mum can feel lonely sometimes, that’s why we’ve created Mums Club 💕

A welcoming space to chat, connect and make friends with other mums who just get it.
Join us on the first Thursday of every month at ShanFitness for a relaxed morning filled with conversation, laughter, and support.
☕ Free hot drinks and biscuits
🧸 Kids are welcome (soft play available if they want to play)
💬 Hosted by Emma, who’ll make sure everyone feels included and comfortable

This is your time to pause, breathe and find your people - whether you come with little ones or just come for you.
