Day of Equine and Relaxation

• Grooming, leading, liberty work in the rings, and hands on learning with the horses.
• Hike through Nehantic State Forest with an equine partner.
• Take a break in nature for a stress-free day, using mindfulness techniques by Dr. T.
• Wrap-up with some peaceful pond time or more equine adventure: Your choice.
• Lunch, snacks, and water provided.
