A one-of-a-kind evening at the home of ELDTC Co-Chair Scott McCallister, this is not your ordinary campaign fundraiser! Instead it will be celebration of cocoa in a cascade of choices and from an array of regions!
Savor wine or a beverage as you nibble and note, delve and delight, and compare and contrast… all with an optional dash of mystery… (more on THAT in a moment).
Guests will enjoy a curated chocolate tasting paired with various wines for those interested, and amidst the sampling, mingle with friends, neighbors, and members of our Democratic slate – candidates for Board of Selectmen, Board of Education & Finance, Town Treasurer, and other key commissions.
It’s a perfect setting to connect personally with people working hard to serve our town.
Adding to the fun? Those who wish and who reply by 10 pm Tues 10/7, amidst the sampling will also be immersed in a “Death by Chocolate” mystery event, taking on assigned roles, and solving the case of one fictional “un-alived” person.
We hope you’ll join us for this unique evening of good company, intense flavor, and community spirit. We’ll support our candidates, enjoy a laugh, and maybe crack a case — along with a chocolate wrapper! ~ Have some chocolate with your wine, or some wine with your chocolate!
