Many members join from the Facebook Community Dr Joe Dispenza Southeastern CT. Some have traveled from the Rhode Island group. Newcomers are welcome. This group was started because several of us want to meditate with other people who know what it is like to meditate; who do the work regularly; who are committed to themselves and their health. We meet at least once a month. Sometimes we do walking meditations.
