Laughter Yoga FREE Class 1st Sunday Monthly

First Sunday of Each Month, 6pm, walk ins welcome

Joyful Laughter Yoga Club sessions are a fun way for us to get together as a community, and have a positive shared experience of breathing, moving, smiling and laughing. Laughter Yoga combines fun, easy to learn, interactive laughter exercises, with deep, centering breaths and simple, calming movements. Ending with guided relaxation and some community chat time.

Pre register on Heartsong's website, on the Punchpass calendar (listed as FREE) and walk ins welcome. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Easy to learn, fun to do.
