QPR Gatekeeper training provides a practical set of tools used to recognize signs that someone is considering suicide, establish a dialogue, and guide the person to seek help.

Suicide is a leading cause of death, especially in rural communities. Family members, friends, and acquaintances are all capable of preventing suicide.

This is an ongoing series, so if you can’t make it this time, follow The Nest for future events.

Cost for attendence is donation based and all funds raised go directly towards our free and inexpensive Peer Support and Community Health Worker services that benefit tri-county residents. Suggested donation amount is between $10-$20.
