• Conscious Breathwork: Use the breath as a sacred tool to awaken energy centers and unlock emotional blocks.
• Multi-Instrument Sound Healing:
• • Bask in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and rhythmic drumming.
  • Each instrument is tuned to resonate with a specific chakra, helping to realign your energetic body on a cellular level.
