Last Runner Standing
We hear the numbers, but now we hear the names.
We honor the KIA Marines from the 2nd Battalion 4th Marines with a last man standing style race.
1 Mile loops
300 feet of climbing
20 minutes to complete
Repeat until their is one person left
The 24th mile (which is also the minimum to receive a medal) will be a fast lap for anyone that wants to test their speed. There will be a special prize for the person who completes this lap in the fastest time
All runners that sign up prior to June 25th will be guaranteed custom Race Mozey silkies. Runners who sign up after that date will not be guaranteed silkies unless we have extra or other runners do not show up.
Honor Lap
You may not want to do the Last Man Standing, but there is someone that we want to honor by doing 1 loop of the course at your speed. Sign up for the Honor Lap and the registration will all go towards Northeast Slopes. You can show up at anytime (while the event is still happening), check in, and hit your lap at your pace.
Last Rucker Standing
1 Mile loops
300 feet of climbing
30 minutes to complete
After 8-Hours, we will take 1 minute of time off each loop until it gets down to 20 minutes where the time to complete the loop will hold at 20 minutes for the remainder of the event for the ruckers.
Males will need to carry 35 pounds and females will carry 25 pounds. Weight will need to be within a pack and cannot be a sandbag, weighted vest, etc. NEEDS TO BE A PACK. The weight can be whatever you want just as long as when we weigh your pack, the scale says that you have the appropriate weight.
We will check the participants weight at the beginning and end of the event, along with random checks throughout the event.
Repeat until their is one person left
All Ruckers who make 8-hours will receive a medal.
All ruckers that sign up prior to June 25th will be guaranteed custom Race Mozey silkies. ruckers who sign up after that date will not be guaranteed silkies unless we have extra or other runners do not show up.
