Intro to Qigong on the Green

Qigong (Chi Kung) is one of the 4 pillars of Chinese medicine & has been called the mother of Chinese self-healing. It costs nothing and is available to everyone through simple methods that are easy to learn and practice. Join this introductory workshop to learn more about this ancient Chinese medicine practice. Qi can be loosely defined as the vital life energy force, and by having greater access to the Qi that is all around us we can strengthen our body, mind and heart, building vitality through spontaneous balancing & enhancing of the natural healing resources within the human system.
