Meditation with Reiki

LIMITED SEATINGS. Tickets available at the Information Desk 30 minutes before the program.

This program is for adults, teens, and tweens (with their caregiver).

If possible, please bring a mat or blanket to sit on to be comfortable.

Reiki is energy therapy, the goal of which is to promote deep relaxation, mental and emotional clarity, and increased well-being. For this meditation, you will lay or sit in a comfortable position to experience distance reiki accompanied by either a crystal bowl sound bath or music. Reiki energy will act directly reaching each person where they are, for their highest good, whether that is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, or any combination.

Joann P. Reinhardt, PhD, RMT is a Research Psychologist and Usui / Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher, practicing since 2012, and a registered, Affiliate Member of the International Center of Reiki Training.
