Friendsgiving & Burnin' the Bird: Dance Together for Good!

Hit the dance floor with Jazzercise East Brunswick for dance fitness classes that will rev your metabolism to torch those Thanksgiving calories! Join us ALL WEEKEND for dance parties that will be sure to burn the bird (and potatoes, pie, wine, etc.) in a fun and effective workout with a supportive community.

Classes are FREE for anyone who brings a non-perishable food donation.

Note Diamond K Dance Studio class location and times:

Fri. 11/28 @9:15am - annual Black Friday Burnin' the Bird class
Sat. 11/29 @8:15am - Sculpt 30-minute (bring a mat)
Sat. 11/29 @8:45am - Dance Cardio Sculpt

Please bring a water bottle, mat or towel, and a pair of hand weights if you have them. First time visiting? Plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill out a participation form.
