Come join us for a day of rejuvenation and empowerment at 7 Hearts Farm! This event is designed to help you reset your mind, body, and soul through some relaxation practices. Connect with like-minded individuals, breathe in the fresh air, and believe in the power of self-care and self-discovery. Let go of stress and negativity, and embrace a new sense of empowerment. Info: Ladies we will have a little meet and greet to see where everyone is landing from on this day. There will be notepads and pens and tickets given out for raffles.

Info: Too many women are living on short breaths — not physically, but spiritually and emotionally. Will do some breath work, EFT and lite meditation.

Info: What you believe about yourself will dictate what you reach for. We will discuss about how to shift the mindset and how to act on your faith to get it done!

Info: We will discuss how you walk into your God given identity. You don’t have to wait until “everything’s in place” — you are enough now.

Info: We will relax into a zone of breathe work, EFT , and quiet time. ( meditation) Its important as women to take time and just be in a space of letting go of things that no longer serve us.
