Embodied Movements Workshop

Come back home into the body by exploring movement patterns in the body, different somatic movements.

🌿Sun, Aug 10th - Meeting the Floor, Allowing Gravity to Hold Us

We’ll start with an inquiry into the breath, to gain presence with the body. We will explore different movements patterns to observe the body we arrive with the day of, bringing awareness into the body by observing how the body moves, and what initiates those movements. We’ll be using embodied movements inspired by yogic asanas, to explore the body and come back to the breath. It will be like an embodied movements yoga class, with more space for exploration, and reflection with the self and also in circle with each other.
