• Discuss the tools and practice of how to do MFR Techniques
• Best tips and practices for continuing MFR Techniques at home

Myofascial tissue affects physical safety by influencing movement and stability throughout the body; when restricted or tight, it can limit range of motion, increase the risk of injury, and contribute to pain, particularly when experiencing repetitive motions or sudden stress on muscles and joints, potentially impacting overall physical performance and safety.

Myofascial tissue contains neurons which signal to the brain how muscles are moving. MFR techniques develop stronger mind/body connection through proprioception (our awareness of where our bodies are in space). This increases range of movement, flexibility, and sense of balance.
