Nestled in the tranquil countryside, Foundry Barn provides an idyllic setting where participants can immerse themselves in the healing energy of Reiki I.
This course is designed to guide you through each level of Reiki, in the foundational practices in Level 1.
The Usui Reiki 1 course includes a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras, which will give you first-hand understanding of the subtle bodies. It is aimed at those who are new to Reiki or thos who wish to refresh their skills. You will be able to practice this beautiful treatment on friends/family (without a fee). You will also learn how to give yourself Reiki treatments. At the end of the day session, you will receive an authentic one to one Reiki 1 attunement.
In Level 1, you will be introduced to the fundamental principles of Reiki. We’ll explore the history of this powerful healing modality
You’ll learn how to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others, and by the end of this level you’ll be equipped with the basic hand positions and techniques to perform a complete Reiki session.
Whether you are new to Reiki or seeking to deepen your understanding, this course offers a supportive and nurturing environment to explore your spiritual journey. Come join us at Foundry Barn and unlock the potential of Reiki to bring balance and harmony into your life.
