Take your palate to new heights at the Debut of Rosé, one of the most breathtaking and anticipated events of Taste of Vail.
Set atop Vail Mountain at over 10,000 feet, this elevated tasting celebrates the release of the season’s freshest rosés—bright, crisp, and perfect for spring. Surrounded by sweeping alpine views, guests will sample limited-production rosés from top wineries, many debuting their newest vintages exclusively at this event.
New this year: Wineries that do not produce a rosé will still take part in the celebration, showcasing their standout alternative varietals to complement the experience. From bold reds to elegant whites, these curated selections offer added depth and discovery alongside the rosé showcase.
Paired with alpine-inspired bites from renowned chefs, this mountaintop tasting is a sensory journey that blends high-altitude beauty with world-class wine.
Arrive by gondola, sip above the clouds, and raise a glass to the start of rosé season in Vail. Tickets are non refundable.
