Nectar Eastside Freeform Dance is a welcoming and safe place for self expression, freedom of movement and building supportive community.
This month's theme is inspired by ethnomusicologist Alexandre Tannous who describes the ability of music and especially universal harmonics to inspire spiritual experiences and transcendance of the limited ego. We invite you to let the ego drop and unite with your innermost essence through sound, movement and the collective community. Let us dance a new way of beling and living into the world's expression.

The Yoga Garden on Main is located above The Grange Restaurant. Enter through the white picket fenced patio and follow signs to the stairs at the back of the building.
