Pole work clinic

Heather Lewis BHS Accredited Professional Coach, BD List 3a Judge, BD Listed Coach will be our instructor for this clinic. During this clinic we will work to develop rhythm, suppleness and balance in all paces using multiple Pole work exercises. This clinic will be suitable for all levels.

There will be up to 4 sessions running from 10:00 am.

£28.50 per person for Members
