In this session we look at improving the fitness and suppleness of both horse and rider using mounted exercises and some pole work. Including the Fun Equi Disco.

It is designed to be fun but at the same time work horse and rider to improve core strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and muscle tone. This clinic will be suitable for all levels.
