Join us in the izakaya for a five-course omakase designed around one of our greatest passions: whiskey! Each dish is crafted by our chefs with seasonal, exceptional ingredients, paired with optional whiskey cocktails and neat pours from some of the world’s most respected distilleries.

This month, we’re showcasing Barrell Craft Spirits, Sagamore Spirit Rye, and Nikka Whisky—a lineup that spans American innovation to Japanese tradition. With over 250 whiskeys behind our bar, this dinner is a rare chance to explore bold flavors and refined pairings in a curated, one-night-only experience.
