Valentine's Pasta Making Class - Heart Shaped Ravioli

Join us for a special Valentine's themed pasta making class in our Italian Cooking School kitchen - Il Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab by Melina's Fresh Pasta. Come with your Valentine, Galentine, or favorite people.

All classes are hands-on and we eat what we make! Everyone will make their own pasta dough, fettuccine and ravioli. Tickets are per person.

Menu:

Fettuccine - Basil Pesto Cream Sauce

Cheese Ravioli - Tomato & Burrata Sauce

Mini Cannoli - homemade cannoli cream

All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

(NOT Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).

Cancellation Policy: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
