Utopia Thursday Practica: DJ Jae Youn

Join us in the "Upstairs Studio" for the weekly Utopia Practica ($10). Musical inspiration this week by DJ Jae Youn. Jae Youn is an internationally recognized dancer, teacher and DJ of Argentine Tango. Jae has been teaching Tango in the Triangle since 2011, where she also organizes a weekly practica, and a monthly milonga. As a DJ, Jae loves the challenge of keeping dancers on the floor to the very last tanda. Her music selection is responsive, guided by her sensitivity to the energy of a milonga. Her music library is focused on the traditional masters.
