HGCA invites you to attend a free public presentation about our plans for the future of the park we have lovingly built and maintained in the heart of the city since 2017.
The event will take place at the amazing Claypath Delicatessen, an independently-run and beautifully arranged cafe and bakery on Claypath in Durham City.
We welcome and encourage everyone interested in our project, the park, or the future of Elvet riverside to attend.
The event will cover:
- The historic and current work undertaken at the park by HGCA
- The proposals we have for the future use of the park
- The proposal we have to open a community cafe on-site
- The current situation we are in and our strategy moving forward
- The park's new name and other business updates from HGCA
- The vision for how the space will operate year-round sustainably
- The fundraising campaign we are launching
There will be time at the end of the event for attendees to meet some of the HGCA team, ask any questions, or enquire further.
