Self Love Tarot Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll gather with the Tarot to explore self love as a living, evolving practice. Together we will work through a tarot spread designed to honor the parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen, naming the strengths, values, and qualities that form a supportive inner foundation.

Next, we’ll gently move into the work of tough love, exploring where self love feels complicated, how boundaries can function as acts of self care, and what it means to show up for ourselves when that feels hard to do.

From there, we’ll use the cards to connect our new insights with realistic actions we can take to bring self love out of our heads and hearts and into our daily lives, relationships, and community.

We’ll close by sharing simple, intuitive mini tarot rituals you can return to over time, offering continued reflection, integration, and gentle personal growth beyond the workshop.

Our goal is to use Tarot as a self-guided tool for reflection that meets us where we are. With this is mind, you are welcome to share as much or as little as you wish in our circle. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace, skip questions that don’t feel supportive, and care for emotional needs as they arise.
