Aileen Wilson is a Candidate Experience Manager with Pfizer. Throughout her 19 years of Human Resources experience, she has been passionate about assisting jobseekers and creating local talent pipelines for the sites she supports. In addition to recruitment, Aileen facilitates a diverse scope of training courses for Pfizer colleagues and leads impactful projects for the Candidate Experience team. Aileen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Master of Business Administration in Management from Rider University.
