Infant Feeding Essentials Class

Our group classes are informative and interactive with hands on practice to supplement the evidence based information provided by the instructor. Taught by a Certified Lactation Counselor, you will learn about breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping techniques, bottle feeding, hand expression, formula use, and when is the right time for it all.

Topics include:
- Light introduction of historical context of breast/chestfeeding
- How to understanding feeding cues of your baby
- Hands on practice with feeding position, paced bottle feeding, burping, hand expression and pumping practice
- Common issues and where to turn for support
- Plus more!

Class is $150 for birthing person and support partne
