Improv 101: Intro to Improv (Tuesdays)

Learn the basics of long-form improv. Students will cover scenework principles like "yes-and" and active listening. Over this six-week period, we'll build the groundwork for comedic improvised scenes that'll jumpstart your love of improv. Classes every Tuesday, October 21st - December 2nd from 7:00-9:30pm. (NO CLASS NOVEMBER 25TH)

The course will culminate in a student show on the afternoon of Saturday, December 6th (exact time to be determined).

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

• Students are required to attend 2 improv shows at Mettlesome during the course (students get into shows for free)
• Students are allowed a maximum of 2 absences per course.
