Home Espresso Class

This is a 90 minute introduction to home espresso preparation. In the class we will cover the different kinds of equipment that you can use, the basics of espresso extraction, and tips for making consistent shots day to day.
We will start with a brief overview of coffee extraction theory and best practices for home espresso. Then we will break up into groups around different machines and practice making espresso together
