Join us for a Cookie Making Workshop in our Italian cooking class kitchen with your favorite Galentine, Valentine or pal at ll Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab by Melina's Fresh Pasta.

Menu - Valentines Themed
- Italian Amaretti Cookies - Almond Paste Cookies - Make the batter, pipe & decorate

- Heart Shaped Sugar Cookies - Roll out, cut & decorate (this dough will be pre-made)

In the hands-on portion of the class you will make amaretti cookies from scratch and then cut & decorate heart shaped sugar cookies. You will have the chance to get creative and craft your own glaze and decorate cut out cookies with festive sprinkles.

Everyone will go home with a box of cookies you made in class.

These cookies will keep or can be frozen until Valentine's Day if you can wait that long to eat them!

All participants receive a Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
